Wood and the environment?

Wood for many is considered an ally for the care of the environment because it is biodegradable, renewable and recyclable. However: The indiscriminate felling of trees leads to deforestation. Deforestation generates soil impoverishment and imbalance in the ecosystem. Additionally, some industrial processes that are carried out with wood use polluting chemical products.

How to contribute? Recycle and reuse paper, take care of the forests, look for alternatives to the use of wood.
